Tiffany Schrepf, Co-Founder/Co-Director, LMHC-D, CSC, NCC

Tiffany believes that healing begins by returning to the innate wisdom of the body. Through gentle attunement to sensation, emotion, and intuitive knowing, she guides her clients toward deeper self-awareness and connection. Her work encourages curiosity, a compassionate exploration of how the body responds to life’s challenges, fostering emotional balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of wholeness.

With a foundation in Somatic Experiencing, AF-EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Tiffany supports clients in navigating trauma, overwhelm, and inner conflict. By helping individuals tune into their internal landscapes, whether through the felt sense of the body or the voices of inner parts, she facilitates the integration of experiences that may have once felt fragmented or disorganized. This process gently restores a sense of safety, regulation, and inner harmony.

Tiffany weaves expressive arts, such as drawing and writing, into her sessions, especially when spoken words fall short. Creative exploration opens new channels of insight and emotional expression, allowing clients to access parts of themselves that have been inaccessible or silenced.

With a background in school counseling, Tiffany holds a special devotion to supporting adolescents and young adults. She offers them a grounded and nurturing presence as they navigate identity, belonging, relationships, and the challenges of growing into themselves. Her relational style creates a space where young people feel witnessed and supported as they explore who they are and what they need.

Tiffany is deeply inspired by the courage of the individuals she walks beside. She considers it an honor to accompany her clients as they reclaim their inner resilience, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover the sense of wholeness that has been waiting beneath the surface.
