Ariana has been on her spiritual path for over a decade. The Bronx was home during her childhood and teenage years. At the age of 20, she had her spiritual awakening and began to ask deeper questions about human existence, spirituality, and her purpose. She discovered holistic ways to heal and quiet her mind from the noise of the city and the afflictions of life.

She followed her heart, trusted her intuition, volunteered, and traveled around the U.S. and abroad. It was during her time living in the mountains of Colorado in 2021 that the path of Reiki synchronistically found her. She became devoted to her practice, and after three years, she was divinely connected with her second Reiki teacher in 2024, which ultimately led her to plant roots in Woodstock, NY.

Yoga asana, meditation, and self-love rituals are intertwined in Ariana's everyday life. Her naturally soft and bright demeanor helps her clients feel at ease. As a Libra sun, balance is always at the forefront of her mind. She is a naturally intuitive and gifted healer with an inquisitive mind for constant knowledge and growth. When she's outside of the treatment room, you can find her on a nature walk, trying out a new recipe, dancing, or hanging out with friends. In a session with Reiki Master Ariana, she’ll ask for your intentions, set the sacred space, and gently guide you into a relaxed state through breathwork and visualization.

Then, she’ll tune into your subtle energy fields and direct energy to facilitate healing. In alignment with Source, Ariana will guide the removal of blocks and restore your auric field, aligning you with your Highest Self and helping you bring your mind and body into balance.

You can expect to receive channeled guidance, advice, and helpful action steps to take with you post-treatment. Ariana sometimes incorporates sound healing, aromatherapy, and gentle touch if the session calls for it. Most healing is done in silence and with hands off the body. Healing is an activity that we do together. This is a deep form of listening and interpretation, with aspects of your unconscious psyche leading the way.

All physical, emotional, and mental illnesses originate energetically. You can expect to leave a session with Ariana feeling a complete nervous system reset, physical relief, newfound insights or clarity, along with a deeper connection to self and Source.
