Hauschka Artistic Therapy Session
These sessions offer a gentle, non-verbal path to healing through painting, drawing, movement, clay, and color therapy. Using therapeutic artistic processes, no artistic skill required, sessions support emotional balance, inner rhythm, and biographical transitions within a safe, unhurried container.

Natural Medicine & Nature Wisdom Session
These sessions integrate somatic awareness, biographical reflection, and nature-based medicine to support healing across body, soul, and spirit. Sessions draw on plant-based metaphors and non-prescriptive remedies, seasonal and elemental rhythms, and lifestyle guidance inspired by anthroposophical medicine.
