This is a class for everyone
And it is going to set you free

Do you sense a tense, apprehensive rigidity in your chest?
Do you feel that knotted mass in your gut?
Do you want to let it out? All of it?
Come to class.
We'll get our bodies moving, our blood pumping, our voices warm

And then...
We'll yell
We'll keen
We'll howl
We’ll squeal
We’ll sigh

Rage, Sorrow, Joy, Peace

About the facilitator:

Kate is alchemizing suffering into promise. She is dancing with Surrender. She is a Theatre Artist. She holds a B.F.A. in Acting from Towson University, a certificate from Atlantic Acting School, and has subsequently continued to study Suzuki, Clown, Viewpoints, Shakespeare, Voice, and Movement. She has served as an educator for more than a decade, seeking to empower students of all ages to free themselves from fear and inhibition in order that they may roar, wail, scream, cry, laugh, and play with abandon!
