Kelly Leprohon, LMHC, CSC, NCC

Kelly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified School Counselor, and National Certified Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in OCD, ADHD, and anxiety‑based disorders. Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by developmental and attachment‑based perspectives, with an emphasis on understanding emotional responses in the context of safety, stress, and relationships.

Kelly believes symptoms are meaningful signals that something in a person’s inner or relational world needs attention. In therapy, she works collaboratively with clients to identify patterns that once served as coping mechanisms but may no longer be helpful. Together, she and her clients focus on developing new coping skills, increasing flexibility, and building a greater sense of self-trust and emotional balance.

Her style is warm, thoughtful, and relational, with an emphasis on both practical skill‑building and deeper self‑understanding. She has extensive experience working with children and adolescents, as well as adults navigating chronic anxiety, burnout, identity development, and life transitions.

Outside of her work, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in creative activities, and spending time with her cat and dog.
