Molly Simon, LMSW

I offer a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and explore your experiences. Many of the clients I work with navigate anxiety, depression, or stress while also grappling with larger questions of identity, relationships, and life direction. It can feel overwhelming to carry so many layers at once, and together we can begin to understand how they fit into your larger story.

I help clients tend to their inner world by exploring the narratives they hold about themselves and their lives, while inviting in aspects of the self that extend beyond what words alone can reach.

In addition to talk therapy, I offer Reiki as a complementary aspect of the therapeutic process. Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps guide the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation, creating the conditions for the body’s innate capacity to repair and restore.

I hold a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley and an MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy. I help clients reconnect with their strengths and develop coping strategies that support greater grounding and resilience in everyday life.

I believe that you already carry resilience and possibility, and that therapy is a process of bringing those qualities forward. If you are seeking a thoughtful and supportive space to untangle what feels heavy or complex, reflect on your growth, and move toward a more connected and meaningful life, I would be honored to work with you.
