Learn more about this series here: selkiemedicinals.com

Held weekly from April 22 through June 17. Pre-registration required by April 15.

Our Cycles, Ourselves is an eight-week educational series for women seeking to deepen connection with their bodies by understanding and supporting their menstrual cycles and hormonal health holistically.

Through weekly in-person lessons and at-home, do-it-yourself learning and skill building, Our Cycles, Ourselves is designed to help you gain practical skills in cycle tracking, as well as herbal body care and holistic nutrition principles that promote hormonal health. By exploring the intimate relationship between the menstrual cycle and mood, physical symptoms, energy levels, and nutritional needs, participants can improve their overall well-being by implementing daily routines and practices that are natural, effective, and supportive for various stages of life, from menarche to post-menopause.

Led by an experienced guide within a supportive community, Our Cycles, Ourselves is designed to help you implement consistent practices that respect and support the body you have been gifted with. My intention is that by the end of the eight weeks, you will have a deepened appreciation for your body’s wisdom and feel empowered to implement cycle tracking and holistic body care practices as lifelong tools for self-knowledge, acceptance, and love.

About the facilitator:

Elizabeth Stanger is a holistic healthcare practitioner living and practicing in the Mid-Hudson Valley, NY. Her work through Selkie Medicinals focuses on providing comfort and care to individuals experiencing major life transitions, especially regarding fertility, loss, and struggle. Elizabeth offers private therapeutic programs and group classes centered on embodiment and holistic education, helping her clients and students stay present and self-aware while learning to care for themselves in simple, practical ways. Addressing the aspects of life not commonly given attention—such as holistic care for the body and soul, and the natural cycles of life and death—is the work Elizabeth feels called to, and has been her focus both personally and professionally for nearly 15 years.
