SoulCollage® is a creative arts therapy practice using image, intuition, and imagination to bring forth personal understanding of parts, roles, archetypes, energies, and allies within your internal life system. It can be used on its own as a fun, specialized personal exploration in our monthly workshops at EPHH, or in confluence with your therapist to guide and address your needs for support.
In a SoulCollage® Card-Making Session, you will:
Create 5x8 collage cards using supplied, prepared, wordless images that resonate with you. All art materials and instruction are provided. No special artistic skills are needed to cut and paste.
Engage with prompts to "voice" the collages and explore the meaning behind your cards, scribing and witnessing yourself and others to gain insights and empathize in a safe haven.
Process emotions and experiences in a way that feels natural and empowered by these inner allies as subconscious patterns, identities, and wisdom gems surface in creative expression.
Card-Making Studios are monthly, playful, and profound group workshops that can help you connect with different parts of yourself, again and again, potentially building an entire working "deck" of oracle cards (like tarot cards) from your interior.
You can also take what emerges from your SoulCollage® sessions to your therapist/clinician to help address your needs and provide guidance and support in your regular one-on-one meetings, especially at the beginning of your relationship as you and your therapist get to know one another.
The cards are your allies. They are meant to evoke support for you and your team as well as enduring, dynamic healing. Come and see what emerges from within!
Ticket tiers are simply a sliding scale with meaningful choice, following the sacred reciprocity model. The middle tier is intended as pricing for those who can afford it. The lower tier is intended as pricing for those who could use some support. The higher tier is intended as pricing for those who are able to afford it, and open/able to supporting those in need.
